In support to its scientific themes, LISA is implementing a wide set of instruments to conduct physical and chemical measurements, of gaseous and particulate compounds of atmospheric interest. These instruments can be operated in the laboratory and in the field. In addition, significant calculation resources both internally andthrough national computing centers allow to implement statistical and deterministic numerical models adapted to the study of atmospheric environments and to study the spectroscopic properties of molecules.
