FENNEC
During 2011 and 2012 an extensive dataset was collected as part of the Fennec observation programme by the deployment of the UK BAe146 airborne platform based in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) and flying towards over Mali, Western Sahara and Mauritania. During the Fennec Pilot campaign in April 2011, 7 flights were performed. June 2011 was the main flying period of Fennec, when the BAe146 conducted missions over the Sahara between the 17 and 28 June. The Fennec 2012 was conducted between the 6 and 18 June.
